  This place is lacking in customer service. I used to enjoy shopping here. They have a good selection and good prices. However the last 4-5 trips I've noticed the staff is not friendly like they used to be. Most of the staff used to greet me with a warm smile and "hello" and try to make conversation. Now I walk in and the staff all look down and do not say a word. I also had a poor experience talking with an employee over the phone. I asked to see if I could sell clothes at a certain time of day. I began "Hi! I was calling to see if I could consign..."I was abruptly informed before finishing my sentence with a stern "first of all, we do not consign! We buy items outright"! Her tone was rude and I didn't appreciate being interrupted. I keep hoping this place will prove me wrong with customer service but I keep leaving disappointed.

  So I come in at 9:15, and need to leave at 10:15. Buying doesn't start until 10:00, and even though I was the second one in the store, they wouldn't put even my name on a list to sell my time-consuming organized piles of upscale clothes...unless I waste my time in the store. I guess they don't care about the effort and time it takes to try and do the environmentally friendly thing and recycle clothes. The second star is only for the range of items they have. Very frustrating.
