  I am baffled that they have not hired new employees at this location. I have encountered one helpful associate but they rest have been moody, rude, and unprofessional. I went in for a phone upgrade recently. The associate who helped me get my new phone apparently didn't know what he was doing on the computer so I have had to deal with the company 3 times now wasting more than 5 hours trying to figure out what happened to the account. I also stopped by this location to figure out a billing issue and mid conversation the associate stops helping me to help another associate, help another customer. I waited for his continued service for over 15 minutes. Talk about unacceptable. I wouldn't suggest this location to anyone. Not even for convenience of proximity. Huge waste of time all around. You all are making the company look bad here.
