  The new location on Ralston Rd is wonderful. The shelves are always full, there are always plenty of registers open. The electronics area has a nice open area to look at tablets and computers.

  Our checker Marco was very helpful good customer service! HOWEVER MICHAEL Assist manager and the 2 female managers are extremely awful and lazy! On DEC 23 at about 3:45pm you could find all 3 of them standing in the females area by the check out while they were slammed and the gentleman helping ring us up was having an issue with a gift card. Instead of making sure your front end and guests were taken care of they proceeded to socialize while we waited for assistance to complete our transaction for the 2nd time. I ended up having to whistle at him to get his attention because he was oblivious to his staff needing help. As he came over to deal with the issue he made the comment to his checker do you think I'm a dog that you have to whistle at me? It wasn't his clerk who made the gesture to whistle but obviously a busy front end at Christmas time wasn't enough to keep his attention focused to work to make sure everybody got in and out in a timely manner. I've worked retail and customer service and I find that highly disrespectful to whistle at anybody but I also find it highly unprofessional to sit and gossip and tell jokes when you have lines deep at each register around Christmas time. And you didn't complete the transaction or issue until it was resolved and had no regard for the customer at all. I understand that it's Christmas time and I understand I am not the only customer in Walmart at this current moment in time however when you can have three managers stand around socializing and the ladies fashion instead of helping customers or even their employees then obviously you're paying your employees for Social Hour. Thank you again to your checker for being professional and apologetic for the issue that arose during the transaction and he handled it very well despite being glared upon by a line of customers because management had no regard for his needs.
